Sandboys French Holiday Rentals Home Mobile Site

For family holidays on France’s most unspoiled coast, Sandboys seaside houses offer you outstanding comfort, quality and style.

Dune is situated in Fort Mahon Plage, on France’s famous Cote d’Opale.  Less than one hour’s drive from Calais and only a couple of hours from Paris by motorway or train,  Fort Mahon Plage is a perfect family holiday resort with fabulous sandy beaches, family-friendly cafes and restaurants, and stacks of things for families to do.  Just a few miles inland you’ll find a region full of history, with beautiful countryside, peaceful river valleys, watermills, chateaux, market towns and fine cities.

The small resort of Fort Mahon Plage is our favourite place on the Cote d’Opale.  It’s a perfect holiday base for young families, with all kinds of amenities and amusements including the Aqua Park with slides and waves.

You and your children will love the beach, the mini-golf, horse and bicycle rides, the rock-climbing wall, and all the other activities available in and around this family oriented seaside resort, less than an hour from Calais

The famous Belle-Dune golf course, voted one of the ten best courses in France, is only a few hundred metres from either of the houses and there are also first class riding stables in the town.

Sandboys Dune is within easy walking distance of good family welcoming restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet  residential street where, even in summer, traffic is minimal and there are no noisy crowds

Furnishings are modern in style but very comfortable, and an efficient heating system makes the house cosy even for off-season breaks.

The Pines - at The White House

The Pines is a family-size apartment in one of the region’s most flamboyant buildings.  The house is situated on the edge of the village of Conchil Le Temple, just a few minutes from the beaches at Fort Mahon and Berck, and with easy access to Le Touquet, Montreuil, Abbeville and the motorway to Paris.

The White House was built in the 1950s for a local industrialist who developed a number of sand and gravel pits nearby.  These are now no longer worked, and have flooded to become lakes for fishing, bird watching and sailing.  There are dozens of tracks through the countryside for cycling or walking - flat and easy on the seaward side of the house, but more hilly and challenging to the east where the famously pretty “7 Valleys” area lies.

The East Wing apartment offers plenty of space for families of 6/7, with safe outdoor play areas, lawns and garden furniture.
