Bedlinen and towels are provided for up to 5 guests. From October to April there is a supplementary heating charge of €35 (£28) per week.
Additional bedlinen and towels are available at €20 (£16)  per guest per week.
During stays of more than one week bedlinen and towels are changed on Saturdays.

Cleaning and additional changes of bedlinen and towels can be arranged on request for a small fee.

Special discount “Couples Rates” are available in Coast  and Pearl for low season holidays and short breaks

Between October and April the houses are available for short breaks (minimum 3 nights) . To calculate prices for Short Breaks (available October-April  excluding high season weekends) divide the weekly rate by 7, multiply the resultant daily rate by the number of nights required and add €50 (£40) OR JUST CALL AND ASK US FOR A DAILY RATE.

Times are tough for everyone, so we have made a great effort to keep our prices as low as possible for 2010.  In fact we have reduced most prices by more than 5% from the 2008 rate.  We guarantee to hold these euro prices throughout 2010 with no reduction whatever in the quality of our product or our service.   Sterling prices in red are converted at the currently advantageous exchange rate of 1.20 euros/pound.  If the tourist rate published in the national press on the day you book your holiday, is more advantageous to you than this rate, we’ll use the rate that gives you the lowest price in sterling!
